Common billing questions.

What counts as a "minute"?

A minute is one minute of conversation time on a customer call. If a call is 3 minutes 20 seconds, it counts as 4 minutes (rounded up). Hold time and ringing don't count. Welka's average call is 90-120 seconds, so 800 minutes = roughly 400-500 calls per month.

What happens if I exceed my minutes?

Welka keeps answering — we never let you miss a customer. Extra minutes are billed at the overage rate (₹4 / ₹3 / ₹2.50 depending on plan). You'll get a WhatsApp notification when you cross 80% of your plan so there are no surprises.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is free. We help you train Welka over WhatsApp during the 14-day free trial. You only start paying once you activate Welka for live customer calls.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans cancel any time before your next billing date — no questions asked. Annual plans get a pro-rated refund. No lock-ins.

Do you charge for incoming calls only, or outgoing too?

Inbound calls (customers calling you) are included in your minutes. Outbound calls (Welka calling customers, e.g., reminder calls) are billed at the same rate. Outbound is only on the Pro plan and above.

Is GST included?

Prices shown are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at billing. We provide GST-compliant invoices with your business name and GSTIN — fully claimable as input credit.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm), all major credit/debit cards, NetBanking, and bank transfer for annual plans. We use Razorpay for secure billing.

Can I change plans later?

Yes — upgrade anytime, instant. Downgrade applies from the next billing cycle. Your phone number and trained data stay the same.

Do I keep my phone number if I cancel?

Welka-assigned numbers stay with Welka. If you forwarded your existing number to Welka, that's yours — just remove the forwarding. We don't lock in your business.

What if I'm not happy?

14-day free trial means you only pay if Welka works for you. If you cancel within 30 days of paying, we refund you in full — no questions asked.
